How Body Language Can Make You Look Younger

How Body Language Can Make You Look Younger

You know me, I’m always on the lookout for ways to appear five or even 10 years younger than I am. So when the folks at Caress offered me a chance to chat with body language expert Tonya Reiman, I jumped at the chance.

I asked Tonya what body language makes you look younger. Here’s what she said:

“Teenagers and younger people have a bounce to their step. You should always keep your posture strong with your neck elongated, with your ear aligned over your shoulder."

This immediately made me think of my toddler son who is the definition of "bouncy step". And while his walk is a little younger than what I'm aiming for, it makes sense that a light and happy step is more playful and young.

Tonya also offered advice for how to seduce my husband in the roughly 30 seconds we can manage to allot to foreplay:

"Fragrance and touch deliver a potent power trip, so find a way to incorporate a natural touch (i.e. brush up against your man). That instant connection is electric and makes an indelible memory. Bonus, if you’re wearing Caress Love Forever Body Wash, it will release a burst of perfume upon touch to truly captivate the person you’re meeting."
