Been thinking about trading in your long locks for a trendy lob? This Saturday is the day to do it! It’s Pantene’s National Donate Your Hair Day when the brand collects trimmed ponytails 8-inches or longer to make wigs for women who have lost their hair due to cancer treatment. (To be clear, you can donate your hair any day of the year, November 22nd is the day that celebrates the campaign.) If you live in New York, Miami or Los Angeles, you can even get your hair cut for free at a top salon! (Rita Hazan, The Gabriel Samra Salon and Nine Zero One, respectively. Click here for more info.)
Not ready to donate but still want to support the cause? This year, you can support the cause with cash donations via the Pantene Beautiful Lengths page on The Greater Cincinnati Foundation’s website at www.gcfdn.org/pantene.
