The Hotel Bel-Air reopened last week with redesigned guest rooms and public spaces. The rooms are inspired by the Golden Age of Hollywood in the 30’s, 40’s, and 50’s with modern comforts. We’re planning on a quick trip to LA this winter and we’ll stop in to check it out. Wolfgang Puck’s restaurant and lounge were also renovated and will be open to the public on November 1st, 2011 where they’ll specialize in fresh local California cuisine with a European influence.
The Hotel Bel-Air sits on 12 acres that provide a peaceful nest for the new spa by La Prairie. There are seven treatment rooms, a couple’s massage room and a mosaic tile steam room. Treatments will utilize lux La Prairie products. (We’ve been devoted to their eye cream and face lotions for years.)
The Bel-Air is currently offering a Deluxe Breakfast Getaway includes a garden suite with patio and full American breakfast for two daily. Rates start at $575 and availability is through December 30th, 2011.
