We’ve waxed on about how to avoid a hangover and even what to do when you have one; but cutting calories isn’t on our radar. Let’s face it though, if you’ve worked hard at slimming your waistline, it’s a disappointment to head off on a girls’ trip only to get your belly back within a couple of days.
